Mindful Leadership Program

Team leaders and managers have the most challenging role in professional and business services.

As a team leader and manager you drive business performance. You are responsible to the client, to senior leadership and to your team.

As a team leader you are responsible for

  • a high-quality deliverable while inspiring your team members to deliver on time and on budget

  • onboarding, on the job training of new team members

  • the wellbeing and performance of your team members

  • managing client expectations and pushing back when the client asks for requests beyond the scope

In your efforts to deliver results you face a lot of pressure and get squeezed balancing the expectations of your client, your team members and your business leaders.

During the pandemic burnout for managers increased 80%. Heavy workload was the most frequently cited woe associated with burnout.

Under normal circumstances, it is challenging to be a leader within a high-performance organization. In our extraordinary times, the potential for stress and mental health challenges is off the charts. Typically, it is team leaders like yourself who bear a disproportionate amount of stress and are highly likely to experience burnout.

And if you are dealing with stress and burnout, it will impair your performance.

You will potentially struggle with indecision, bad decisions, analysis-paralysis, over busyness, micro-managing, disorganization, conflict, or lack of inspiration and leadership.

If you are stressed it will create high levels of stress, anxiety, rework, and poor quality work for the team. Your team may miss deadlines or go over budget resulting in unsatisfied clients.

The good news is that you can achieve success and become the driving force behind your business with transformational leadership training.

A Wharton study confirms that managers have 3X the impact on business performance than team members.

Effective leadership ensures you stay at the top of your game. Promotions allow you to transition into leadership roles that enables you to fulfill their potential. As a team managers if you are more inspiring and empowering you have a more positive impact on their team's performance. So understanding the causes of stress and learning the skills to perform under pressure helps you sustain high performance for yourself and your team members.

It’s time to take a fresh look at your transformational power as a team leader.

You are a powerful part of your organization’s success.

Managers and professionals don’t simply respond to what’s happening but rather work together to bring out the best in one another.

And that ongoing collaboration contributes to your team and your organization’s purpose and results.

Transforming into a leader and catalyst for team performance

It’s possible for team leaders and manager to thrive even under intense stress and pressure and be the catalyst of great team performance.
