Foundation (Pre-work)
When you are dealing with stress, uncertainty and overwhelm, the only logical option is to find resiliency, grit and increased focus within yourself. Doing this is a skill that can be learned, practiced and strengthened; that is the purpose of the Mindful Leadership program.
We will work together to increase wellbeing, resilience and performance bandwidth in the face of challenging dynamics, deepen awareness and understanding of self and others, build mindful communication skills, and promote effective team leadership based on empathy and trust.
